Your data is stored securely using Supabase, hosted in the Sydney (ap-southeast-2) AWS region. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Sharing Your Information with Suppliers

When you place an order through our online shop, your name, email address, phone number, and shipping address will be shared with our fulfilment partner, Obelisk Pickleball, solely for the purpose of dispatching your order. This information is not used by our suppliers for any other purpose.

Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988, you have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information
  • Opt out of marketing communications at any time
